About me

I’m Jacques Ward. I’m a qualified level 3 fitness coach and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. I understand the pressure of balancing work, family, and personal goals, and I’ve built WIP 247 to help people make fitness a consistent part of life – not an extra stress.

I bring a practical, no-nonsense approach to coaching. My aim is to help you build habits that last, improve your physical and mental resilience, and move with purpose every day.
